New Path Group Services (NPGS) is NOT a law firm. The agents and representatives of NPGS are not lawyers or attorneys and cannot and do not offer legal counsel or advice. This website does not advertise legal services, and none of the information and materials herein should be used as a substitute for legal advice.
NPGS is a document assistance service specializing in immigration forms and paperwork. Our firm assists in completing documents or helping clients prepare their own forms by placing information into the blank spaces of preprinted forms provided by USCIS, DHS, DOL, or other immigration-related areas, as permitted by the 8 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) § 1.1 (k).
As part of our document services, we will review forms for completeness, consistency, spelling, and grammar; however, the client is ultimately responsible for the correctness of the information they provide to our company. We do not, at any time, review client information for legal sufficiency nor draw legal conclusions or provide legal advice.

Through this notice and the many notifications, all stakeholders are informed that Danielle Souza and the agents of the company NPGS are consultants and are not paralegals and cannot call themselves paralegals, according to Rule 10-2.1 (b) of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, which defines a paralegal as a person who works under the supervision of a member of the Florida Bar and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a member of the Florida Bar is responsible.
Danielle Souza and the agents of NPGS confirm that they are consultants and may only type the factual information provided their immigration clients into the blanks on an immigration form, may ask a member of the Florida Bar factual questions to fill in blanks on a form, and may tell the member of the Florida Bar how to file said forms.
