This website does not advertise legal services, and none of the information and materials herein should be used as a substitute for legal advice.
NPGS is a document assistance service specializing in immigration forms and paperwork. Our firm assists in completing documents or helping clients prepare their own forms by placing information into the blank spaces of preprinted forms provided by USCIS, DHS, DOL, or other immigration-related areas, as permitted by the 8 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) § 1.1 (k).
As part of our document services, we will review forms for completeness, consistency, spelling, and grammar; however, the client is ultimately responsible for the correctness of the information they provide to our company. We do not, at any time, review client information for legal sufficiency nor draw legal conclusions or provide legal advice.
By using this site, you acknowledge your understanding that NPGS does not provide legal advice and that nothing the firm or its agents say either verbally or in writing, should be considered legal advice. We encourage visitors to our site to seek advice from a suitably qualified attorney if necessary.
NPGS shall in no way be held responsible for any liability arising from using this website or misconstruing our company’s purpose and services.
